The Project partners have created another great thing – digital (self)assessment tools for senior primary school students! The task of these tools has been to provide the students with innovative and simple online platform for self-testing in career orientation. The tools will help them find out if they have competences and interest in technical CEME areas (computing, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering).
The goal is to help senior-grade students in the assessment of their skills, knowledge, and aspirations.
The tools comprise of two connected parts – the self-assessment tool, in which students through short tests and video presentations can assess if they have aspirations and interest in some of the CEME areas. The second part is the evaluation of their technical competencies, where they also have test question and receive feedback on the exact area they showed most competencies in.
The tools have been created in Croatian and German, making them accessible for students in Croatia and Austria.
Our tools have been tested in Karlovac, in the Primary School Banija, making the school the first school in Croatia to use such innovative digital tools in student career orientation!
